The initial 4 week block in this training program is designed to build and develop the foundational athletic qualities necessary for enhanced core strength, stability and power output.

B L O C K 2

Dynamic Torso Control + Eccentric RFD

This transitional training block builds on established foundations, facilitating a progressive approach to more complex and specific movement demands, by emphasising rate of force development and introducing dynamic constraints for torso control.

B L O C K 3

Multiplanar Stability + Coordinative Power Output

The final block in this training program is engineered to bring together the physical capacities and movement skills acquired, through exposure to dynamic multiplanar stability demands and complex power production.
