B L O C K 1
Eccentric Strength Capacity + Range of Motion
The initial 4 week block in this training program is designed to build and develop the foundational athletic qualities required to load key sporting positions, create dynamic stability and control force across every plane of motion.
B L O C K 2
Force Expression + Position Specific Movement Control
This transitional training block builds on established foundations, facilitating a progressive approach to more complex and specific movement demands, by introducing variability and added exercise constraints to promote physiological adaptation.
B L O C K 3
Dynamic Force Control + Coordinative Power Output
The final block in this training program is engineered to bring together the physical capacities and dynamic movement skills gained, through exposure to complex and coordinative movement patterns, in order to promote performance transfer.

A 12 week progressive strength and conditioning program, specifically designed to develop eccentric strength, concentric power capacities and dynamic force production – combining lower workout volumes with a moderate session frequency, to create an effective training system that can be easily integrated into current routines.
