B L O C K 1
Eccentric Strength Capacity + Dynamic Force Exposure
The initial 4 week block in this training program is designed to build and develop the foundational athletic qualities required to tolerate, control, produce and recycle forces across multiple vectors.
B L O C K 2
Eccentric RFD + Concentric Power Expression
This transitional training block builds on established foundations, facilitating a progressive approach to more complex and specific movement demands, by introducing higher rate of force development and power output.
B L O C K 3
Elastic Strength Capacity + Multidirectional Power
The final block in this training program is engineered to bring together the physical capacities and movement skills acquired, through an emphasis on elastic strength qualities and exposure to complex multidirectional power production.

A 12 week progressive strength and conditioning program, designed to improve the specific physical capacities and athletic qualities to tolerate, control, produce and recycle forces across multiple vectors – combining lower workout volumes with a moderate session frequency, to create an effective training system that can be easily integrated into current routines.
