Dynamic Strength Capacity + Speed Exposure

The initial 4 week block in this training program is designed to build and develop the foundational athletic qualities required to generate effective acceleration speed and tolerate high deceleration forces.

B L O C K 2

Force Development + High Velocity Eccentrics

This transitional training block builds on established foundations, facilitating a progressive approach to expanding physical demands, by introducing elevated force outputs and increased strength–speed demands.

B L O C K 3

RFD + Multidirectional Acceleration/Deceleration

The final block in this training program is engineered to bring together the physical capacities and movement skills acquired, through exposure to increased rate of force development and multidirectional movement mechanics.
