Strength Capacity + Muscular Endurance
The initial 4 week block in this training program is designed to build and develop the foundational physical capacities required to effectively express upper body strength, across all planes of motion.
B L O C K 2
Unilateral Loading + Complex Strength Exposure
This transitional training block builds on established foundations, facilitating a progressive approach to more complex and specific movement demands, by introducing a unilateral loading approach and exposure to complex movements.
B L O C K 3
Multiplanar Force Production + Coordinative Power Output
The final block in this training program is engineered to bring together the physical capacities and movement skills acquired, through exposure to increased multiplanar strength and coordinative power demands.
