B L O C K 1
Range of Motion + End Range Strength Capacity
The initial 4 week block in this training program is designed to build and develop the foundational athletic capacities required to apply force and express strength through full ranges of available joint motion.
B L O C K 2
Multiplanar Strength + Full Range of Motion Control
This transitional training block builds on established foundations, facilitating a progressive approach to more complex and specific movement demands, by introducing movement variability and complex multiplanar strength demands.
B L O C K 3
Dynamic Range of Motion + Multiplanar Force Expression
The final block in this training program is engineered to bring together the physical capacities and movement skills acquired, through exposure to more dynamic ranges of motion and varied multidirectional power demands.

A 12 week progressive strength and conditioning program, designed to enhance accessible range of motion and develop applicable strength across multiplanar movements – combining lower workout volumes with a moderate session frequency, to create an effective training system that can be easily integrated into current routines.
