B L O C K 1
Position Specific Isometrics + Full Range Strength Capacity
The initial 4 week block in this training program is designed to promote the ability to activate and engagement specific muscle groups in specific positions and across full ranges of motion.
B L O C K 2
Force Development + Movement Pattern Exposure
This transitional training block builds on established foundations, facilitating a progressive approach to more complex and specific movement demands, by increasing force development demands and adding movement variability.
B L O C K 3
Targeted Force Production + Dynamic Movement Patterns
The final block in this training program is engineered to bring together the physical capacities and movement skills acquired, through increased dynamic movements and targeted force production.

A 12 week progressive strength and conditioning program, designed to improve the activation and engagement of specific muscle groups during fundamental dynamic sporting movements – combining lower workout volumes with a moderate session frequency, to create an effective training system that can be easily integrated into current routines.
