P R O G R A M D E T A I L S ▾
B L O C K 1
Eccentric Strength Capacity + Linear Speed
The initial 4 week block in this training program is designed to build and develop the foundational athletic qualities required to express linear speed, non-linear speed and efficient change of direction.
B L O C K 2
Multiplanar Deceleration + Non-Linear Speed
This transitional training block builds on established foundations, facilitating a progressive approach to more complex and specific movement demands, through exposure to multidirectional speed and deceleration.
B L O C K 3
Multidirectional Speed + Change of Direction
The final block in this training program is engineered to bring together the physical capacities and movement skills acquired, through exposure to complex speed and agility patterns, in order to promote performance transfer.

A 12 week progressive strength and conditioning program, designed to improve the specific athletic qualities required to express both linear and multidirectional speed, as well as effective change of direction – combining lower workout volumes with a moderate session frequency, to create an effective training system that can be easily integrated into current routines.
